The CQIS initiative has been guided by the
CQIS State Work Group comprised of CT OEC Licensing Specialist, Service Navigator (Elevate)
Program Directors in Community and Public School programs, Education Consultants
(CT Approved Licensing, Training, SFCCN),
AQIS Facilitators, School Readiness Liaisons
and Higher Education/ State Professional Development Agencies. The CQIS State Work Group met monthly during the development of the CQIS initiative to review draft documents and share perspectives about barriers to quality improvement efforts. The group continues to meet quarterly to review CQIS updates and consider strategies to enhance quality improvement efforts state wide.
